Fundraisers

Below you will find information regarding SPYBA fundraisers. Please click the corresponding tabs to view the details for that particular fundraiser. If you have questions please contact your League Supervisor, Booster Club Member, or a SPYBA Board Member!

Raffle Fundraiser Instructions

To support ongoing league operations, the 2023 fundraiser is a cash raffle. Players are expected to sell the minimum number of tickets. 

  • One player registered: 10 tickets
  • Multiple players registered: 15 tickets
  • Travel families: 5 tickets per family plus the league requirements

  • April 3 @ Parents Meeting
  • April 6,  5:00pm to 6:30pm @ UWSP TNR Building, West Lobby
  • Coach's Equipment Pickup DATE CHANGED - See below.
  • April 13, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm @ Zenoff Park Field 3; hosted by Jeremy Rankin
  • April 17, 9/10 league evaluations, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm @ Upper Deck Sports - above Skipp's
  • April 18,  11/12 league evaluations, 5:00pm to 7:00pm @ Upper Deck Sports - above Skipp's
  • April 19, 5:00pm to 7:00pm @ Coach's Equipment pickup @ the Warming House at Goerke (NEW DATE)
  • May 1 @ 11/12U Uniform Pickup @ The Moose Lodge – 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • May  2 @ 9/10U Uniform Pickup @ The Moose Lodge – 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Ticket Turn-in Date

  • May 6, 2023, at the Zenoff Park Pavilion during Opening Day
  • Please write one check payable to SPYBA.

Tickets should not be given to team coaches. Coaches are volunteers and are not responsible for collecting fundraiser materials. Notify Juli Bowling or a SPYBA Board member if you need to make alternate arrangements for turn-in. All Board Member contact information can be found under the Board Member tab of www.spyba.org.

  • 10 - $100
  • 30 - $50

Drawing Sunday, June 11, 6:30pm @ Zenoff Park.  Need not be present to win.
